You should be a guest at your own wedding.

Wedding and celebration planning, from the first venue walk to the last song of the night.

You get a team, not a single planner.

DM The Planner is a small studio. Two planners lead every wedding we take, and on the weekend itself there is a team on the floor with them.

That is the whole difference between a planner who is beside you when your mother needs finding, and a planner who is in the next room solving something you were never told about. Somebody is always with you, and somebody is always ahead of the day.

The best thing anyone says to us is that nothing went wrong.

Something always does. On a good wedding you never find out which thing, and neither does anyone at your table.

Four ways to work with us.

Where we join you is up to you. What we carry once we are in is written down before you pay anything.

Full planning

From the engagement to the last dance. Venue, budget, design, every vendor, every deadline and the weekend itself.

Partial planning

You have a venue and a start. We take the decisions still open and carry the rest of the way.

Wedding management

You planned it yourselves. We take it over in the final weeks and run the weekend so none of it lands on you.

Traditional and white wedding

Two ceremonies planned as two days, each with its own running order, guest list, vendors and budget line.

The day, in order.

Every wedding runs in the same order and no two run the same way. Here is a day from the paper to the last car, and what we are doing at each point in it.

A traditional ceremony and a white wedding are two days, not one long one.

If your family holds a traditional ceremony, it gets planned as its own day. Its own running order, its own vendors, its own budget line, its own start time that is actually kept.

We take the order of proceedings from your family and from the people who lead it, then brief every vendor and every driver against it, so nobody is improvising in front of your elders. Outfit changes go in the timeline. Family flying in go on the travel list. The second guest list is a second guest list, not a footnote on the first.

Tell us about your day.

Send the date, the venue if you have one, and roughly how many people are coming. We answer every inquiry ourselves.
